Great results at the weekend for two great guys, Roy has competed for years and stuck at it, he has really focused recently never missed a session and kept drilling his techniques. he won his first completion ever yesterday as a purple belt. dedication. practice. results. Mark has improved consistently and is always competitive, we have recently been working specific techniques from positions he finds himself in and it unpaid off massively in helping him to a gold medal.
