At Aire Valley Martial Arts in Keighley we have invested in having only the best coaches to make sure the standards are kept high.

Relieving tensions from the days stresses couldn’t come in more fun way. We have session that cover all the basic strikes and kicks that are accessible to people new to this type of training as well as more intensive sessions for the more advanced and dedicated.
Classes include fitness exercises bag work and partner exercises . No experience is needed as our coaches are on hand to offer help and guidance. We have classes in the daytime and evening to try to accommodate peoples work and life commitments.
