chinese boxing sparring basics
Today we had great fun at the sparring basics work shop. A lot of people like kickboxing and love the idea of getting down to some sparring but as with many things in life, its not as easy as it looks.
Having your feet in the right place whilst holding the correct posture is all well and good until you have to do it when someone is trying to punch you!
Today we worked on doing just that and everyone did very well, some big improvements were made all round. The next sparring workshop will be in late Jan 2016 see you then
