Aire Valley Martial Arts Yoga sessions were inintially introduced as supplemental training for our members but as time has gone on the sessions have grown into their own thing. Focused on breathing, the sessions flow quickly and have great benefits in so many ways wether its strength, flexibly, endurance, balance, coordination, concentration. There really is no end to great benefits of regular Yoga practice. All sessions are suitable for new and the more experienced practitioners to enjoy and our teacher Nic Silk is always on hand if needed.
We run classes twice a week on Tuesdays evenings 20.00 and Fridays evenings 19.00 and you are very welcome to come along and try a session.
