It’s all about diversity

Training in different martial arts gives a unique perspective and an open mind. I train two or three martial arts most days and like flitting between.  bjj And wing Chun are my main focuses in terms of my own training with MMA and BJJ being the ones that people compete in take up most of my coaching duties.

I’m really enjoying working with new clients at the moment and have been Massivly impressed with Deb Evans. She comes regulary to the wing Chun and bjj classes but comes from a kick Boxing background. In Debs private sessions we have been working basic one two combinations for the Chinese Boxing program.
